Rules of 3v3 CanadaGames are played on our unique Airpitch system which keeps the ball in play more often.
Game starts with home team kicking off (first pass must go backwards).
If it does go out then the opposition has a kick in from in front of there own goal.
After each goal the scoring team must retreat to their own goal And wait till the ball is kicked. At kickoff the ball must be near the centre line and be kicked backwards to start.
Any foul/handball is a restart from your own goal. After the 3
rd intentional foul of the match, it becomes a penalty from in front of your own goal into an open net.
Any clear scoring opportunity taken away by a foul will result in a penalty. Any missed penalty will be opposing team ball.
A penalty is taken from 1M in front of your own goal, to shoot into an open net. Players will remain on the side bumpers.
After a goal is scored we resume with a kick off.
Players can not stand within 1m of their own goal. You can't score from your own half.
Red cards may be given by referees which will result in a minimum 2 game ban for the individual player.
There will be a maximum of +4 Goal Differential per game.
There is no slide tackling.
3.
Squad SizesEach team can have 3-6 players per squad. Players can only play for 1 team throughout the tournament (playing in two age groups is permitted, not two teams within the same age group). For any 3v3 +1 event the squad size can range 4-7 players.
